Free group poll without signup
Updated May 2026
Trip planning fails when the tool is harder than the trip. Asking five to fifteen people to create accounts just to pick a weekend adds friction—answers arrive late or not at all. A free poll without signup keeps the path short: open link, type your name, vote.
Why no login works for groups
- Speed: fewer steps mean more responses before the chat moves on.
- Inclusion: less tech-savvy guests are not asked to manage passwords or OAuth.
- Focus: the decision stays about dates, not accounts.
What PollTrip asks for
Organisers create a poll with date-range options and share a single URL. Voters enter a display name and choose yes, maybe, or no per option. There are no user profiles—your browser may remember recent polls locally on your device for convenience (see our Privacy page).
Fair use without identities
Names are free text, so treat results as good-faith signals within your group. For sensitive decisions, combine the poll with a quick confirmation in your trusted channel. Organisers can edit mistakes using their private management link; voters can update choices when plans change.
